  • International Orders: 14–31 business days

Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing before shipment.


4. How do I track my order?

Tracking information is uploaded as soon as your order ships!
You can check your shipment status at any time on our Track Your Order page, using your order number and email address.

We’ll also send a tracking email automatically once your package is on its way!


5. What payment methods do you accept?

6. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.


9. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
